A pair of Estevan men were charged with a theft and break-in at the Wicklow Centre last month. 
 
James A Cuppage, 41, was charged with break enter and theft under $5,000 and a breach of probation, and James L. Cuppage was charged with break enter and theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime. 
 
An 18-year-old male was also charged with possession of property obtained by crime and unsafe storage of a weapon, and a 17-year-old female was charged with possession of property obtained by crime. Their names haven't been released yet. 
 
Items, including golf clubs, a laptop computer, handheld power tools and other construction items, were stolen from businesses at the Wicklow Centre Jan 24.
 
An investigation by the Estevan Police Service led to a search warrant at an Estevan home in the central part of the city where the items were recovered.
