The Estevan RCMP made several arrests related to impaired driving over the month of October.

On Friday, October 19th at around 8:30 PM, RCMP conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the town of Bienfait. A 25 year old man from Estevan was arrested for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He appears in court on November 19th.

On Monday, October 22nd at around 5:40 PM officers were patrolling and looking for a reported impaired driver. A traffic stop was conducted and a 55 year old Alberta driver was arrested for Impaired Operation, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Vehicle, Drive without a Valid Drivers License, Open Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. He appears in court on December 10th.

Then on Tuesday, October 23rd at around 6:15 PM police responded to a complaint of a semi hauling hay bales that had overturned on Highway 39 just north of Hitchcock. The 62 year old Driver was arrested for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and appears in court on December 10th as well.
