The numbers continue to trend in the wrong direction.

The province announced 506 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday. This is up from the 449 cases that were reported Monday.

The overwhelming majority of cases were in unvaccinated people. Of the 506 cases, 426 were unvaccinated, 22 were partially vaccinated, and 58 were fully vaccinated.

There are now 3,929 active cases in Saskatchewan. This includes 41 active cases in South East Sub Zone 4, which is Estevan's sub zone. The province also confirmed seven new cases in the Estevan region on Tuesday.

There are 148 active cases in the entire South East Zone, according to the province.
