Joseph James Blackburn 1935-2024

Joseph James Blackburn, late of Estevan, SK passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the Estevan Regional Nursing Home at the age of 88 years.

In keeping with Joe’s wishes, there will be no formal service.
