The number of active cases in Saskatchewan has fallen, as the province is fixing some cases that had been previously reported that were incorrect.

There are 85 new cases of COVID-19 in the province, and with 104 recoveries the current active case count is 1,112.

69 of the active cases were removed as some PCR tests had automatically been confirmed, though later investigation showed they were negative tests.

There are no new hospitalizations, with that number remaining at 171, and there is one new death.

The current seven-day average for the province is still 110.

In Estevan's South East Sub-Zone 4, there is one new case, with a current case total of 43.

That one new case is also the only new case in the entire South East, with 17 recoveries making the active case count 142.
