The Estevan Police Service had a few issues called in last night that were attended to.

First, they received a call regarding an assault in a Pleasantdale residence.

The accused fled, with the 22-year-old male later being arrested at a different residence after a search warrant was granted.

He was in custody for two counts of uttering threats and one count of assault.

He is expected to appear before a justice in court on Thursday.

As well, Estevan Police were called to 7-11 for a report of two men causing a disturbance and scaring the staff.

When police attended, they arrested the men for causing a disturbance and being intoxicated in a public place.

They were later released without any charges and taken to their homes later in the evening.
