The Royal Canadian Legion in Estevan is starting up Bingo Nights again next Wednesday.

Branch president Frosty Forrest said they would like to welcome everyone back to their bingo nights.

"We are going to set up our hall a little different so we can practice good social distancing. Our employees and volunteers will be taking all the necessary precautions."

Bingo night will be every Wednesday starting July 15 at 6:45 p.m.

"All in all we are going to practice good sanitation and hopefully people will come out. I am looking forward to bingo, it has been a long time."

The Legion is excited to start things up again.

"It is horrible on an organization like ours to not be able to have hall rentals. The pandemic doesn't stop all the expenses. Hopefully, the raffle for our truck goes well and helps us get through the year."

Frosty added that he thinks hall rentals will be able to happen soon.

"We are looking forward to getting something going again."
