SaskPower says that power has been restored for an area in Estevan that was affected by an outage overnight.

The Crown corporation announced at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday that repairs were completed and power was restored.

The outage was first reported by SaskPower at 2:12 a.m.

Customers west of Estevan could also experience an outage Tuesday. A planned outage is scheduled from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for the area southeast of Weyburn along Highway 39, including Nickle Lake Regional Park. You can find a map of the area below.


SaskPower reported early Tuesday morning that it was working to restore power for a section of Estevan.

The Crown corporation reported at 2:12 a.m. that it had dispatched crews to determine the cause and repair time of the outage.

The disruption is affecting the section of the city between 1st and 4th Street.

In the rural southeast, there is a planned outage from 9:30 to 11:30 Tuesday morning that will affect customers southeast of Weyburn along Highway 39 including Nickle Lake Regional Park.
