There will be no inpatient or emergency services at the Arcola Health Centre until Wednesday morning.
The centre will be without services from 7 a.m. Monday until 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The SHA added the disruption notice to its website Tuesday morning, citing staffing issues as the cause.
The public is being directed to Kipling, Oxbow, Weyburn, and Estevan during the disruption.
