The City of Estevan is doing environmental testing on the 800 and 900 blocks of 4th Street, which will see that portion of the road closed until mid-afternoon.
The street closure will be for approximately six or seven hours, according to City of Estevan Roads and Drainage Manager Norm Mack.
"The environmental testing is for preconstruction of our rebuild of 4th Street," Mack added.
