The Saskatoon Police are reporting they've located the previously-missing child safely, and the Amber Alert has been cancelled.
UPDATE: We can confirm that Police have located 4yo Journey Kay & found her to be safe. This does not appear to be criminal, but Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the file & partner agencies have been notified. We will hold a media availability this AM.

Police have issued an amber alert following the disappearance of a four year old girl.
Journey Kay was last seen at her residence in the 300 block of Devonshire Cres. at 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
She was last seen wearing a two-tone white and black dress with flowers on the front, and pink sandals with grey soles.
Kay is listed as 2-foot-7, 50 pounds, and with shoulder-length black hair.
The suspect is an adult Indigenous female, 30 to 40 years old, with medium-length black hair, a feather or wing tattoo on her right shoulder and chest area, and was last seen wearing a camouflage tank top, black shorts, black sandals. She's reportedly not known to the child's family, and there's no known vehicle or travel direction.
