Brittany Zahn the co-chair for the Estevan Family Resource Centre had rave reviews for the United Way and their contribution to the Center.

"The Telethon is always an exciting time of year, we're excited to help out again. And excited to see the whole weekend unfold."

Zahn shared where the majority of funding goes, "A lot of our United Way funding goes towards, keeping our counselling services free. And the other part of it goes toward our early childhood learning programming, which are two huge things that we do at the Family Resource Centre is our 5 and under programming and our Crisis Counseling."

And without the United Way Zahn says, "Honestly, if we didn't have the United Way funding, we most likely couldn't keep the doors open. They just make it possible to keep everything free, keep the building open, keeping people there to run the place. 100% because to the United Way."

"I hope that everyone comes out and enjoys the weekend they put on, they put a lot of work into it and hopefully they hit their goal."

Support United Way on October 26th and 27th.
