The Bienfait Memorial Arean is gearing up for another season of public skating. This year will be just like previous years and will include some new enhancements.
The biggest change this year is the addition of a new internet tool people can use to see available ice times. An interactive schedual has been added to www.bienfaithockey.com to make public skating easier to navigate. The first public skate this year will be held next weekend on October 19th.
President of Bienfait Hockey, Travis Dutka, is looking forward to another big year at the rink. He volunteers every year on a regular basis to supervise the public skates and feels everybody enjoys their time at the rink.
Dutka says he's not the only one volunteering, as several Bienfait locals dedicate their time to the rink to support hockey, figure skating and all the other programs the Bienfait Memorial Arena offers.
