Effective immediately, the Village of Glen Ewen is under a fire ban.

All outdoor fires presently burning must be extinguished and the lighting of any outdoor fire is prohibited. The use of fire pits, fireworks, burning barrels, outdoor fireplaces and any form of open flame devices are prohibited within the village.

Exceptions include indoor fireplaces and gas fueled equipment.
