Each year as the weather begins to get colder, Estevan's Warm Welcome Suppers begin again.

This program is made for families who may be struggling a little to come down and enjoy a free hot meal while connecting with others in the community.

Overall, the attendance for each supper has averaged 50 people or more receiving meals.

The organizer of the program Christa Jorgenson explains how they are always looking for new volunteers and donations to keep the program going.

"We are always looking for new volunteers. if they would like to contact me my number is 306 421 1543 and from there we can set up a time for you to come and volunteer. Or if you would like to come in and donate you can hand in a check or if you need a taxable receipt you can head to the salvation army and make a donation there."

The Warm Welcome Suppers are on every Tuesday at St. Giles Anglican church and every Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church both start at 5:30.
