The Saskatchewan Health Authority announced a few groups of people will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter certain facilities beginning Monday.

Family and support people as well as visitors entering any SHA acute care facilities and long-term care homes (including affiliates) will have to show their vaccination proof or a negative test. This includes any services located in acute care facilities or long-term care homes.

Patients will not be required to provide proof of vaccination to receive care or service.

Family, support people, and visitors will have to produce a negative PCR or rapid antigen test performed in the last 72 hours by an approved third-party provider for access if they don't have proof of a full vaccination. These services must be paid for by the user.
