At age 15, Brooke Wilson and her sister decided to start a recerational dance club in Estevan after moving here from Prince Albert. Two years later, the club has grown massively and is in the middle of its first ever summer camp.

You might not think of it this way, but dance is a very costly sport. This is why the Estevan Recreational Dance Club is a not-for-profit to help keep dance accessible to anyone. We talked with Brooke about her experience running the club, her inspiration for getting it started, what new members can expect to learn, and what its growth has meant to her.

Thanks for stopping by, Brooke, and congratulations on an outstanding job not only opening the club as young as you did but also growing it to the size it is today. You can find them on Facebook if you'd like to know more.
