The Homespun Quilt Show wrapped up yesterday for the 2018 season. The exhibitors put in many hours to have their quilts featured in the show and with over 350 people the weekend was a success.  The vendors who offered such a variety of merchandise and it was a great weekend.

And with 152 quilts lining the walls it was a glorious site for onlookers. "I know well over 10 years," when asked how long its been running. Thompson had her own shop opened up in the Carlyle area for many years and so she helped get this up and running. They had workshops throughout the weekend to teach some more skills with Collette's Sewing, such as a fast way to do bindings, and she has many more things up here sleeve to help others.
