The Crowds were buzzing as the Christmas in the Park kicked off the season for the Festival of Lights. From Wagon rides to playing hockey with the Bruins, it was a day to be remembered. It wasn't too cold to be outside, and there were free hot dogs and cups of hot chocolate for all in attendance. As well as photos with Santa to help get everyone in the Christmas Spirit.

When the sun went down, and the bonfire was blazing with many gathered around. The fireworks cracked in the clear night sky, opening up the start of the Festival of Lights. Where many of the local businesses had spent time setting up their displays over the past few weeks. Some of them were the Fire Department and Fresh Air Fitness, where Peggy Rohatyn and Debby Knight were there to greet the crowds dressed as some of the best-looking snow-women.
