If the top-seed Estevan Apex Bruins want to make it to the third round of the under-18 Saskatchewan AA Hockey League playoffs, they'll need to find a way to beat the Swift Current Broncos at Affinity Place.

Game 5 in the best-of-five matchup is Wednesday night in Estevan. The road team has won every game of the series.

Spencer Copeland kept the Bruins alive when he scored the overtime winner in Monday's 4-3 victory.

Goaltending has been a strength for the Broncos. Estevan dropped their home games 2-1 on March 2 and 3-2 in double overtime on March 9, despite outshooting Swift Current 43-24 and 52-28, respectively.

Hunter Arntsen is 8-5-1 with a .926 save percentage during the postseason for the Broncos.

The Bruins, who led the South Sask standings with a 28-5-3 regular-season record, have been paced offensively by forwards Carter Beck (6 goals, 4 assists in 7 games), Spencer Copeland (4 goals, 4 assists, in 6 games), Ryker Mathison (2 goals, 5 assists, in 7 games), and Sutter Baily (3 goals, 3 assists, in 7 games).

Wednesday's showdown is at 8:15 p.m. The winner will face the third-place Regina Vics in the Division Final. The Vics swept the second-place Regina Rangers in the other second-round series.
