During the late-night hours between Tuesday and Wednesday, the Estevan Police Service was kept busy with three calls, two of which resulted in arrests.

The first was an assault charge that was laid on a 58-year-old from Estevan. The man was already on parole for a different undisclosed matter, and the man's parole has now been revoked as a result. Further action may be coming and the man in question may be moved back into a federal institution.

Police also arrested a 22-year-old Estevan male for mischief to property overnight. The male now has a court date set for February.

The EPS also received two separate calls regarding similar egging incidents after a vehicle on 3rd Street and another on 2nd Street were hit. If you have any information that can be used to help find the person or people responsible, you're asked to call Crimestoppers or the EPS.
