Update: Estevan Police announced the man charged was Trevor Curtis.

He was released on conditions with his next court appearance set for February 7.

The Estevan Police Service arrested a 52-year-old man and charged with him possession of child pornography during the Wednesday night-Thursday morning night shift.

The man was arrested at a central-Estevan residence.

Acting Sgt. Don Dechief said the investigation began late in 2021.

The man was lodged in cells and will make his first court appearance Thursday morning. He was not identified ahead of appearing in court.
