The Estevan Police Service were called to a disturbance in central Estevan early Thursday evening.

Acting Sgt. Don Dechief said an investigation revealed that an assault occurred, which resulted in minor injuries to two people and damage to a vehicle.

Dechief said police are continuing to investigate the situation.
