The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League has released its 2021-22 regular season schedule, and it includes the Estevan Bruins starting their Centennial Cup campaign at home with a game against the Yorkton Terriers on September 24.

As usual, the Bruins and Weyburn Red Wings will go toe to toe for a home and home as the calendar flips, starting in Estevan on December 30 before shifting to Weyburn for January 1.

The Bruins actually play the Red Wings three times in a row, as the last game before the Christmas break is December 18 in Weyburn.

The 58-game regular season wraps up for Estevan in Weyburn on March 5.

The Bruins will play the La Ronge Ice Wolves and Humboldt Broncos in Warman for the SJHL Showcase in early October. All games for the showcase are currently pencilled in for October 5, but will be adjusted.

The SJHL expects to start playoffs on March 11, with finals beginning April 8. The Anavet Cup starts April 29, and the Centennial Cup kicks off at Affinity Place on May 20.
