After seeing #TheFrontStepsProject start to make its way around the world, a local Photographer wanted to bring the idea to Estevan families!

On Sunday, March 29 Lacie-Paige Carleton owner of Lacie-Paige Photography went out and asked families to get together on their fronts steps and let her photograph them for free.

Carleton wanted to help families make funny memories and bring happiness through these hard times. Read more of the original story HERE.

She explained that people were excited about being able to dress up for the first time in a while.

”Even some of the Dads were like ‘I actually showered for this!” She joked.

Families dressed up nice, made signs, and even included their family pets in the photos.

Although she was not charging for these sessions, she asked that those who got one donated to local racer Riley Reynard. There is not yet a total of how much she has raised but it is approximately $200. You can read more about Reynard HERE.

Carleton had so much fun and many requests to do another day where she photographs families she has decided to do another session of The Front Steps Project this coming weekend weather permitting.

If you wish to book a session please contact her on her Facebook or Instagram pages.
