The boys of summer are back. It is opening day in Major League Baseball.

The Toronto Blue Jays will open the season in the heart of Texas as they are set to take on the Rangers in Arlington.

The Jays will send out Shawn Marcum to the mound. He will be making his first start in the majors since the summer of 2008 when he went down with a shoulder injury.

The newly resigned Adam Lind will look lead the offence once again this year. Lind signed a new 4 year contract worth 18 million dollars this past weekend. There are club options on the 2014-2016 seasons.
