Adam Lind ends season with a home run

The Toronto Blue Jays said good-bye to their manager Cito Gaston in a fitting way. They beat the Minnesota Twins 2-1.

The Blue Jays won thanks to home runs.  Minnesota was leading  1-0 in the 5th inning when Edwin Encarncion homered to tie the game up a 1. The homer was Encarncion's 21st of the season.

Then in 7th inning Adam Lind would homer to the opposite field to give the Blue Jays the lead and eventually the win.

The homer was the 23rd on the season for Lind.

Marc Rzepcynski pitched a great game to end off the season he went 7 innings, allowed 4 hits and 1 run. Shawn Camp picked up his 2nd save of the season.

Cito Gaston retires with 913 wins as the manager of the Jays.
