The Souris Valley Museum summer camps continue to be a big hit.

While the summer has been full for the Museum, the kids are the ones being filled with history and information in such a way that has them coming back for more.

This week the kids are busy going through the Energize Me camp. Where they learn why Estevan is known as the Energy City. And the different types of energy sources that helped power our homes in the past and today. Campers will have the opportunity to play games, participate in science experiments, and more!

They are also running their Archaeology Camp this week, where campers will learn about the Museum's archaeological collection, learn about Aboriginal history, myths, and legends, and what it means to be an archaeologist. Campers will learn about soil and participate in an archaeological dig.

Its not too late to get involved at the Museum for their summer of fun and you can get all of the details on their website http://www.sourisvalleymuseum.com/.
