 Scheduled air service to Estevan has taken a break for the summer.

Swanberg Air has suspended scheduled air service to Estevan for the summer. This is not something that is out of the ordinary as General Manager of Swanberg Air Rich Wilde explains. "It is a slower time, so during in the summer we adjust our schedule so we back off our flights to certain destinations."

Air service to Estevan will resume on September 22 as apart of Swanberg's fall schedule.

Wilde adds they are looking into enchancing their cargo service to Estevan as a way to boost passenger numbers.

Swanberg began flying into Estevan since January of this year.
