The Eagle Drilling Estevan Bruins will be looking to close the gap for top spot in the Sherwood Conference tonight when they host the Yorkton Terriers.

The Bruins are trailing the Terriers by 5 points for the overall lead in the conference, but the Bruins do have 4 games in hand.

Tonight will be the 4th time these teams hook up this season. The first 3 contests were played in Yorkton, and the Terriers took 2 out of 3. But the remaining 3 games will be in Estevan.

The Bruins will welcome back Brett Rock to the lineup, as he finished up his 3 game suspension. The move will mean that Tyler Spencer will move up to play forward for the Bruins. Spencer has played both defence and forward this season.

Captain Troy Hunter is questionable for tonight's game after injuring himself in the loss to Humboldt on Friday night.

The Bruins made a move yesterday picking up Chris Daniels from Dauphin in exchange for Kyle Johnson. Daniels has picked up 26 points this season. He'll likely be making his debut on Saturday.

Opening faceoff for tonight's game against Yorkton is 7:30. This is the second last home game for the Bruins before the Christmas holidays, they will host Kindersley next Wednesday.
