The reported accident on Highway 39 near Bienfait has reached a fatal conclusion. At approximately 8:30 this morning, the Estevan RCMP and Fire Department responded to a two vehicle collision.
A truck merged into on coming traffic and struck an SUV exiting the merge lane. The 27 year old female driver of the SUV died at the scene. The 38 year old driver of the truck was transported to Regina hospital.
