The Estevan Police Service are looking for the public's help in cracking the case of a hit and run.

Sgt. Tyler McMillen said the incident was a single-vehicle collision on the 1300 block of Nicholson Rd. that damaged property around 7:30 p.m. Monday.

"If anybody saw this or has outdoor cameras or doorbell cameras that maybe picked this up, if they can contact the Estevan Police or Crime Stoppers if they have any further information," he said.

McMillen added that the person responsible is also free to come forward so the collision can be reported and the report can be sent to SGI.

A 28-year-old Estevan man was arrested and lodged in cells Tuesday night.

The Estevan Police Service performed a number of conditions checks. One was in the northeast part of town, where McMillen said the man was found breaching his conditions.

The man was also wanted on several other outstanding charges.

"Some for noncompliance, so we're concerned that he's not going to continue complying with his conditions or attend court," explained McMillen.

The man was remanded in custody until the next available court date.
