Four games highlighted the Saskota Baseball League schedule on Thursday night, which saw the top teams separate themselves early on in the season.

Recap for Thursday, May 24

After dropping a 6-5 decision to the Oxbow Chiefs on Tuesday, the Estevan Tap House Wolves bounced back to beat the Chiefs on Thursday night, 7-5. Both teams now sit at 3-1 in the standings.

The Arcola Threshers picked up their second straight win, defeating the Windthorst Pirates on the road 7-2. The win puts Arcola in a three way tie for second place with Estevan and Oxbow.

It was business as usual for the Carlyle Cardinals on Thursday night, picking up a dominant 17-6 win over the Southeast Fireballs. The Cardinals remain undefeated at 3-0-1, sitting atop of the league standings.

And the Redvers A's improved to 2-2, doubling up on the Carnduff Astros 8-4 on Thursday night. Carnduff has struggled out of the gate, going winless at 0-2-1.

Tee-up for Tuesday, May 29

It will be the battle of Estevan on Tuesday as the Southeast Fireballs host the Estevan Tap House Wolves for the first time this season.

The Carlyle Cardinals will look to stay undefeated as they're set to host the Redvers A's.

The Carnduff Astros will be in tough as they look for their first win against the Oxbow Chiefs.

Arcola looks to add to the win column against Kipling, while the Royals hunt for their first win of the season.

Kenosee will also be vying for their first victory of the season, when they take on the Windthorst Pirates.
