Sunday

A 29-year-old woman spent Sunday night behind bars following a report of a disturbance in the Royal Heights part of town, according to the Estevan Police Service.

This incident was one of more than a dozen matters the EPS reported dealing with over the weekend.

Police said they arrested the woman for breaching her release conditions and mischief to property. They planned to keep her in cells until she could appear in court on Monday.

Police were also called to a report of a disturbance in the Trojan subdivision on Sunday. They were able to help the parties involved come to a resolution.

Another Sunday report was from a person who had crashed into a parked car. Police looked into it and determined the incident didn't need to be reported to police. Information was exchanged for insurance purposes.
